HOW TO
ORDER BESPOKE
We can produce bespoke cowhide footstools and ottomans which are custom-made to your criteria: dimensions, choice of cowhide, feet and studs. We ship throughout mainland UK.
Step 1
Select the Zulucow cowhide rug you would like for your ottoman. Go to: Cowhide Rug page.
Step 2
Email me your dimensions, desired feet colour and style. Would you like studs or not?
Step 3
Choose the functionality that suits you. Would you like it to open (ottoman) or would you prefer a footstool without opening lid?
Step 4
Email me: lucy@zulucow.co.uk. I will instruct the upholsterer with your exact requirements.
Step 5
Transfer a 50% deposit. (Lead times vary, typically ranging from 4-6 weeks.)
Step 6
On completion I will ship your ottoman to you.
CARE INFORMATION
How do I clean it?
If your Zulucow Cowhide Ottoman gets dirty, wait for the dirt to dry then brush or vacuum it in the direction of the hair.
What happens if it gets wet?
Soak up any liquid spills with a paper towel/tea-towel. With a damp cloth dipped in warm soapy water, gently dab the mark out. Try not to get the hide too wet as it is natural leather.
Does it lose hair over time?
It shouldn't do, although a minimal amount of shedding is unavoidable.
Your product should look perfect if well cared for.

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. For deliveries within the UK mainland, items in stock are usually dispatched within 1 working day. Please allow 2-4 working days for your Zulucow products to arrive.

All our Nguni cowhide pieces are created from a by-product. We do not believe in farming for fashion.
