Delivery Charges
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. For deliveries within the UK mainland, items in stock are usually dispatched within 1 working day. Please allow 2-4 working days for your Zulucow products to arrive. Deliveries are made within working hours (Monday-Friday) and larger items may require a signature. To assist with your delivery please provide a contact telephone number.

Returns and Refunds
We are sure you will be pleased with your order, but if for any reason you are unhappy and would like either a refund or an exchange, we will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days as long as the product you return is in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
In order for us to handle your return, please make sure you include the returns slip from the original order. If you have any questions or have lost the returns slip, please get in touch with your contact details and the order number. Any damage to goods in transit must be reported within 48 hours and remain within in its original packaging.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products. To return your goods, please post back using the postage service: ‘signed for’ or recorded delivery and ensure the parcel is insured against loss or damage.
We are very sorry but we cannot be responsible for any returns that don’t find their way back to Zulucow.
International deliveries (outside the EU).
Where Zulucow holds verifiable proof of posting/dispatch (e.g. Royal Mail or courier receipt, tracking hand-over), we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery, delay, or loss that occurs within the destination country’s postal network, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. We’ll share our proof of posting and assist with carrier investigations, but refunds or replacements aren’t available where the chosen service provides no compensation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
